The only thing that works perfectly in this watch is time the rest are a waste. I have worn it for a month and only recorded sleep patern twice. The steps the heart rate, BP, O2 does not work when on your wrist the irony is the work when the watch is off your hand on a flat surface. Like it measures heart rate of a table and not my wrist 🤔. You can do better

I didn't expect this sort of watch to rival with hospital's or doctor's instruments. I just use it to check tendancies in heart rates and SP during effort. No need for the rather inaccurate blood pressure monitor. It suits me with it's big screen and options such as sleep monitor or weather forecast.

Was able to buy one of their F-Series watches for cheap online but sure enough, none of the functionality is possible as the watch cannot/will not connect to the app. Reviews of the Mark 1 version of this app are basically identical, and Google won't let me read the reviews for this app, I guess (or they don't exist). Watch itself is nice enough to merit continuing to wear, at least.
